Dalton is celebrating his 2nd birthday in his own unique way. Telling him to smile causes him to immediately tilt his head in a way that seems painful and smile. Somewhere he has learned that this is the way that it is done. And I have to say, it is kind of cute. He had a great birthday. He enjoyed lunch at his favorite restaurant (McDonald's). And tonight we went for an outing. We finished it up with a trip to TCBY. He enjoyed the white chocolate mouse. He actually ate more of it than what ended up on his clothes. He may be only 2, but he thinks he's as big as all the other kids he sees and, at times, can't figure out why he can't do what they do. I'm sure he'll soon be as big as he thinks he is.

Happy Birthday Dalton!! I can't believe he is already two. That means mine is not far away!! :)
What a great birthday! How can he possible be 2- are you sure it wasn't his 1st birthday??? Again, the faithfulness of the Herring family results in blessings that I know you amaze you. Can't wait to read about the new church location, too. Ain't God GOOD!!! :)
