"Goin' to Gran's...."

Dalton got to spend a week with Gran' and Pop while I was enduring my last week of work before the summer. His cousin, Jameson, who is 4 months older than Dalton, also got to go visit a few days with him. Gran' said these two boys were so sweet to each other. She said they never fought and shared very well. The first night they were down there, Pop and Gran' were trying to get them in bed and they were going to put Dalton in the playpen (because he is still sleeping his crib at home) and Jameson was going to sleep in a big bed with Pop (because he is already sleeping in a twin size bed at home). These boys went in the room where the playpen was and both said they wanted to sleep in the playpen. Of couse, they sweet talked Gran' and Pop into this! Pop said they were both asleep in five minutes and slept together all night! They also took naps together and slept together the next few nights too! These pics are keepers, I think! So precious!

Gran' and Dalton took a field trip one day to Pop's work. Gran' said that when Dalton saw the star on the wall he said "Pop's star!" because that star looks like the one Pop's police car. That is Pop's hat he has on too! (Notice the words on the sign above his head..."CID-Narcotics Division". Maybe not the best photo opp. for a 2 year old?!)

Love this picture! Note the plant in the background...my dad has had this plant for the longest time. It's a silk marijuana plant! What are you doing with my son, Pop? Ha!

I'm not sure what Dalton is doing in this picture. Maybe he thinks Pop's desk is dirty and he needs to clean it up?

And here are these 2 sweet boys. I can not believe these boys are this old already! They had a great time at Gran' and Pop's and many more to come!
