We are loving this beautiful weather lately. It's been nearly impossible to get Dalton to come in when he gets home in the afternoons. One day last week, he walked outside and said, "Mama, it's a beautiful day!" Even a small child can see how beautiful God's creation is! Our neighbor, Mr. Norm, put a "bug" in Dalton's ear today about going fishing. Well, Dalton did not have to twist his dad's arm too much to talk him into going. He said, "I go fishin' dadda?" Who can resist that? And it just so happened that our new church has a wonderful pond stocked with fish, perfect for a little boy's first fishing trip.
He tried calling the fish like you do a dog... "Come here, fish!"

....Daddy caught a fish alive....
six, seven, eight, nine, ten....Daddy threw it back again."
He had a great time and he kept asking, "Where my fishin' pole?" Sounds like a good find for the Easter Bunny to me!
